- Must have a relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ industry sales experience, with at least 3 years in the automotive supply chain
- Minimum 5+ years in business development, product management, or key account development in a tech-driven automotive business
- Proven value-selling experience
- Solid understanding of relevant technologies: web/mobile apps, RFID/barcode scanners, BTLE, IOT, GPS tracking, and WMS/integration systems
- Demonstrate strong prospective abilities with a proven track record in deal-closing and achieving sales targets
- Willing and able to travel nationally as required by the role
- Possess excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and align appropriate solutions
- Skilled in drafting compelling proposals and professional reports tailored to client objectives
- Manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills in diverse business settings
- Bring a flexible, solution-oriented mindset and contribute positively within a team environment
- Maintain resilience under pressure and a positive, proactive attitude toward challenges

- Interfacing with major clients regularly.
- Reporting monthly sales with variance analysis.
