The opportunity is within our Support Services team based in the Cape Town office, as a Support Analyst that provides help desk services to a whole range of MRI software solutions.As a Support Analyst with the MRI Software Client Support team, you will have the opportunity to analyse complex software issues, engage with our impressive client base, and provide an incredible customer experience every day.
