We are looking for a business development consultant to join the team. Are you passionate about sales, ambitious, persistent and a self-driven individual that loves searching for solutions?? If so this is the perfect opportunity for you!!!Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify & Research customer requirements and sell contact centre solutions, related products and services through understanding customer needs
  • Delivery of sales revenue targets
  • Create and manage lead pipelines and source potential business leads
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships
  • Maintain product knowledge, collateral, sales skills and prospect information
  • Compile tender/RFP responses
  • Monitor and communicate market/industry trends
  • Develop and own marketing strategies – by product and category
  • Consistently meet and exceed set targets
Skills and Experience
  • Proven solutions sales experience – New business development (Hunter)
  • A Solid network for Outsourced contact centres
  • Expert working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team-player skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Willing and able to travel
  • Tertiary Qualification (Sales and Marketing Highly desirable)
  • 3 – 5 years Sales experience with the Contact Centre environment
  • Proven track record in acquiring new business
