- Identify & Research customer requirements and sell contact centre solutions, related products and services through understanding customer needs
- Delivery of sales revenue targets
- Create and manage lead pipelines and source potential business leads
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Maintain product knowledge, collateral, sales skills and prospect information
- Compile tender/RFP responses
- Monitor and communicate market/industry trends
- Develop and own marketing strategies – by product and category
- Consistently meet and exceed set targets
- Proven solutions sales experience – New business development (Hunter)
- A Solid network for Outsourced contact centres
- Expert working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team-player skills.
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Willing and able to travel
- Tertiary Qualification (Sales and Marketing Highly desirable)
- 3 – 5 years Sales experience with the Contact Centre environment
- Proven track record in acquiring new business
