In this role, you'll serve as a key link between customers, production, and internal administration. Your work
will help ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently, communication flows smoothly, and
day-to-day operations run without a hitch. It’s a great fit for a self-starter who thrives in a structured yet varied
setting.Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare detailed sales quotes and production lists
- Create packing lists and coordinate order timelines with the production team
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding their orders
- Capture data related to stock and production
- Answer phone calls and support general office tasks as needed
- Solid computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities and a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently
- A positive, “can-do” attitude and dependable work ethic
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production-based environment
- Familiarity with order processing systems or inventory tracking
- Fixed morning hours (08h30–13h00, Monday to Friday)
