• Grade 12 / Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification a big plus (Degree or Diploma)
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Contract/Construction/Project Manager
• Must have good experience with up market residential construction
• Must be fully computer literate with knowledge of construction software
• The ability to assess a situation and the persons involved
• The ability to read non-verbal communication and assess the other partys response and attitude towards the message given
• Excellent communication skills on all levels
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• The ability to adjust and compromise to meet the demands of any situation
