ENVIRONMENT:A strong technical and ambitious IT Technician is sought by a dynamic Property Management company whose core role will be to provide IT support to users by fulfilling requests raised through the IT ticketing system and troubleshooting issues. You will also set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, perform routine maintenance and updates while educating users on basic IT security and usage best practices. Applicants will require a CompTIA A+ Certification, relevant work experience including Windows and macOS computers, basic computer applications such as productivity, email, messaging and internet browsing apps & have strong troubleshooting skills.DUTIES:

Provide IT support to users by fulfilling requests raised through the IT ticketing system and troubleshooting issues.
Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Perform onboarding of new employees, including account setup, license provisioning and device allocation.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on user devices.
Educate users on basic IT security and usage best practices.
Assist with documentation of assets and solutions.
Collaborate with the Systems Administrator for escalated or complex issues.

REQUIREMENTS:Qualifications

CompTIA A+ Certification.

Experience/Skills

Experience with Windows and macOS computers.
Experience with basic computer applications such as productivity, email, messaging and internet browsing apps.
Strong troubleshooting skills - Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware, software, printing and internet issues.
Strong attention to detail.
