An amazing Associate New Business Consultant Opportunity!!A dynamic and vibrant player in South Africas financial services industry is looking for an Associate New Business Consultant. You will be part of New Business: Individual Life team and the primary focus of your role is to process New business applications. Youll have to keep your finger on the pulse of our internal service level agreement to make sure that we achieve the agreed targets and turnaround times. Youll work closely with members of the Policy Alterations teams, external stakeholders and may also be involved or interact with other internal teams to resolve a process or activity.Required qualifications and experience:

Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
Relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum 2years administration experience within long-term insurance industry
Experience in New Business policy administration essential
Sound Business and Operational knowledge of Insurance industry

A few important responsibilities include:

Self-administration and self-monitoring of workflow items according to agreed SLA per process
Processing forms, instructions, applications etc requested by financial advisers for the processes that you participate in
Dealing with queries through to resolution, internally or externally
Adherence to all quality standards set per process for the processes that you participate in
