Key Requirements & Qualifications: Education & Experience: Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in the butchery supply industry, with at least 3+ years in a sales leadership role. Strong knowledge of packaging, casings, butchery machinery, spices, and ingredients butchery industry will be an advantage. Skills & Competencies: Leadership & People Management: Ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team. Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the meat processing and butchery supply chain will be a benefit. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Communication and Relationship Building Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Maintaining current and building new relationships is key. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving client issues and operational challenges. Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Driver's License: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region. Own vehicle Working Hours: Monday Thursday 07.00 16.00 and Friday 07.00 14.30.
