Key Requirements Minimum qualification: Matric/Grade 12 (a diploma/degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field will be advantageous). Proven experience as a Procurement Assistant, Purchasing Clerk, or in a similar role (advantageous but not always required for entry-level). Strong organizational and administrative skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/Procurement systems will be an advantage. Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
