The company is seeking a Commercial, Technical Analyst to join the after sales team, taking on a strategic role in coordinating effective transformer refurbishment services.Qualifications and Experience
◼ Matric
◼ Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
◼ Previous experience in a commercial or technical role, preferably related to
transformers or industrial equipment
◼ Knowledge of SYSPRO/SAP
◼ Expertise in preparing proposals and technical scopesDuties and Responsibilities
◼ Prepare detailed commercial proposals, aligning with customer needs and company
guidelines.
◼ Coordinate logistical and technical activities from the transformer's return to the factory
until the repair is completed.
◼ Manage factory inspections, interacting with customers and inspectors to ensure
compliance and quality.
◼ Develop opening and repair scopes in partnership with the engineering team.
◼ Oversee activities and workflow management in SAP, ensuring proper tracking and
registration of all stages.
◼ Estimate and coordinate external services for transformers, ensuring efficient
execution within the company's established standards.
◼ Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication
and resolving technical and commercial inquiries.
◼ Monitor service schedules, ensuring deadlines are met according to the company's
quality standards.
◼ Develop management reports on project progress and KPIs, focusing on performance
analysis and continuous improvement
