This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a strong understanding of customer service principles and debt collection practices, and who can mentor and evaluate team performance to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.As a Quality Coach, you will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing team members skills, providing real-time feedback, and ensuring adherence to product knowledge, company policies, and compliance regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of customer interactions while identifying areas for improvement and delivering effective coaching strategies.Key Responsibilities:Monitor interactions and provide feedback.Coach team to improve performance and customer satisfaction.Ensure agents are trained in products and debt collection regulations.Identify training needs and suggest solutions.Report performance trends to management.Analyze feedback for process improvements.Maintain records of assessments and coaching.Ensure compliance with debt collection regulations.Stay updated on industry best practices.Required Qualifications:Experience in customer service or debt collection.Knowledge of debt collection practices and compliance standards.Strong communication and teaching skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Coaching or quality assurance experience.Organized with the ability to manage priorities.Positive, team-focused attitude.· Minimum qualification: Matric.· Added advantage Diploma or Degree.
