- You will also manage front office staff scheduling, cash handling procedures, and guest feedback.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a front office management role in a hotel
- Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera or similar)
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional grooming and demeanour
