This is your chance to shine in a fast-paced hospitality environment where service excellence is key.DescriptionOur client is looking for a well-presented and efficient Front Office Manager with proven experience managing hotel front desk operations. As the first point of contact for guests, you will:
  • ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience,
  • lead a team of receptionists,
  • maintain a high standard of service delivery at all times.
The role requires
  • excellent people management, guest relations, and administrative skills.
  • You’ll work closely with the Reservations, Housekeeping, and Management teams to ensure guest needs are anticipated and met.
  • You will also manage front office staff scheduling, cash handling procedures, and guest feedback.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a front office management role in a hotel
  • Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera or similar)
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Professional grooming and demeanour
