- Minimum 1 years' experience in sales, customer engagement, or marketing.
- High-energy, target-driven individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in additional South African languages is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle are essential.
- Enrolment in a medical aid or health insurance plan is mandatory in accordance with company policy. Proof of active membership will be required upon employment.
- Proactively source leads in residential areas.
- Represent the brand at events by engaging attendees, promoting solutions, and distributing marketing materials professionally and consistently.
- Submit daily leads via CRM or mobile platforms, keep accurate customer records, and share field insights, objections, and opportunities with the Sales Manager.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation targets, participate in performance reviews and training sessions, and consistently work toward achieving or exceeding KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team, stay informed through training, and represent the company professionally.
- Compile and present quotations to potential customers.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement.
- Effectively organise tasks to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Tuesday to Saturday, from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including rotational weekends and occasional Sundays and Mondays.
