Business Solutions concern is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accountant who enjoys balancing day-to-day numbers with higher-level financial analysis and partnering with leadership to influence decisions.Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
Consolidate and validate financial data from outsourced accountants
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, VAT, income tax, and statutory returns
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Assist with audits, ensure IFRS and tax compliance, and strengthen internal controls
Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis, and insights to support operational decisions

Qualifications & Experience

BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential).
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (essential).
Proven ability to work independently while managing outsourced accounting functions
Strong knowledge of IFRS and South African tax regulations
Advanced MS Excel and Pastel Evolution/ other accounting system skills
