Are you a seasoned tax and reporting expert with a strong understanding of the property sector?Our client, a leading property investment and development group based in Johannesburg East, is looking for a Tax & Reporting Manager to join their high-performing finance team. This pivotal role calls for a detail-driven professional with deep expertise in property tax compliance and financial reporting.📌 Key Responsibilities:

Manage direct and indirect tax compliance for the group, with a strong focus on property-related tax legislation
Liaise with SARS and external tax advisors on audits, queries, and disputes
Ensure accurate and timely submission of all tax returns and statutory reports
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in group consolidations and IFRS-compliant financial statements
Partner with the finance team on year-end audits, internal controls, and compliance reporting
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on tax planning and risk mitigation

✅ Requirements:

CA(SA) or ACMA (CIMA) qualification (essential)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a tax and reporting role
Experience in the property sector is non-negotiable
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, corporate tax, and property tax legislation
Proficient in reporting tools and ERP systems
