Our strategically placed offices around the world offer opportunities to work on diverse international mandates and you will have significant client exposure and impact.FTI Capital Advisors is looking to invest in your future by considering you for an Investment Banking Analyst position, starting in January 2026.What You will DoAs an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions, getting involved in multiple stages from origination to closing. You'll help build business and financial models and perform valuation analyses. Furthermore, you will assist in designing and creating documents for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance. A solid understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies is essential.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, and/or Engineering.

  • An internship or similar experience in investment banking, private equity or corporate finance in a leading firm.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Available to join full-time in January 2026.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • An understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies.
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Additional language skills are considered an asset.
