The Recruitment & Assessment Consultant will be responsible to administer, implement and support all recruitment, profiling and assessment activities as part of the integrated talent management value chain, in line with company procedures and compliance standards, statutory and regulatory requirements. This will include performing job analyses and compiling of job profiles; compiling of advertisements and interview guides, sourcing and shortlisting of candidates; the co-ordination of assessment and providing feedback to candidates, as well as facilitating job data processes, talent analytics and reporting to support talent management solutions. The role will be required to partner with management and staff at all levels in Sun International, external providers, and the HR communities to enable and support business operations in achieving their objectives.Education:Honours Qualification In Industrial PsychologyExperience:5 years experience in the following areas in the talent management value chain including experience in the following areas:
Job analysis and profiling,
Talent acquisition and selection
Psychometric and Competency based AssessmentSkills and Knowledge:Interviewing skills
Recruitment and strategic sourcing methodologies
Competency-based and Psychometric assessment & feedback
Research skills
Job analysis and profiling
Project co-ordination
Networking skills
Digital acumen and social media platforms
Talent and recruitment analytics
Knowledge and application of labour legislation EE Act and transformation principles
Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel); Peoplesoft
Written and verbal communication skills in English
