R35 000 - R50 000 CTC (Incl. medical and pension) + HousingOur client in the Eastern Cape is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of fruit production, with a focus on pome fruitMinimum requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Farm Manager, preferably in large-scale pome fruit production
- Practical knowledge of fertilization, crop protection and irrigation practices
- Experience in labour audits and managing workforce compliance
- Efficient in basic Microsoft Excel, including data capturing and productivity tracking.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and improve productivity
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and implement problem-solving strategies
