We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Capturer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Capture, verify, and update information accurately into databases and systems.Review and correct data entry errors before submission.Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and validations.Organise and file digital or hard-copy documents for record-keeping purposes.Liaise with internal departments to obtain missing or unclear information.Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.Assist with general administrative tasks and support as required.Requirements:Grade 12 certificate.Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role (1–2 years preferred).Excellent typing speed and accuracy.Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and data systems.Good organisational and time-management skills.High attention to detail and ability to spot errors.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Should you wish to apply, please kindly email your CV through to Kirsten Smith at kirsten@profilepersonnel.co.zaOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
