- Lead and manage 3+ concurrent credit sales campaigns.
- Ensure timely rollout and brand compliance across all campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs (lead volume, conversion rates, revenue) via CRM tools.
- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching and track individual performance improvements.
- Maintain team productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with management and marketing to refine campaign strategies.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to messaging, targeting, and incentives.
- Share best practices and support onboarding for new initiatives.
- Matric
- 3-5 years in sales within a call centre environment with proven target achievement.
- 1 year in a leadership role, preferrably in a multi-campaign call centre setting
- Strong campaign management and performance tracking skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of consultative and value-based selling.
- Strong analytical, coaching, and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with ethical sales practices and regulatory standards.
