Trade tested Electrician or Millwright (Red Seal from approved training Centre);
Minimum 4-5 Years of extensive experience in the Maintenance Environment
ERP system experience
Computer literate (Word, Excel, MS Projects, Power Point)
Planning and coordinating
Job requirements
Supervise, tracking and planning of maintenance
Supervise maintenance team and control maintenance costs -
Drive skills training, succession planning and development of reports
Ensure safety, housekeeping and legal compliance
Ensure compliance such as time management and discipline at work.
Responsible for manpower planning
Safety management
Training (Manuals, audits etc.)
Ensure optimum team productivity.
Provide support and guidance in effective problem solving and root cause analysis
Continuous improvement of work methods and productivity
Liaison with other maintenance sections and service providers
Proficient in official business language, good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to communicate efficiently to team members.
