Job SummaryHire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for a HR Manager: Mining to be based in Mpumalanga!Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals, supporting organizational growth and culture.
Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Manage employee relations, handle conflict resolution, and ensure fair disciplinary processes and compliance with CCMA requirements.
Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, coaching, and succession planning for high-potential talent.
Ensure HR policy compliance with labour legislation, support Employment Equity and BBBEE initiatives, and provide accurate HR reporting.
Maintain HR systems and records, support payroll processes, and oversee employee benefits administration.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related field
7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manager level position within a mining environment
Valid Driver's License

Benefits:

Salary: R400k - R500k
