- Will be required to travel from time to time
- Be available after business hours and during weekends
- Production and Diesel targets are met
- Fleet management system is monitored and managed
- Communication with drivers and team
- Data is captured accurately
- Documents and reports are submitted accurately and as per deadlines
- Vehicle maintenance issues communicated
- Vehicle services are planned and scheduled
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent organising and prioritising skills
- Ability to work in a systematic, methodical and orderly manner in order to achieve goals on a consistent basis
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Ability to work long hours and work under pressure
- Accepting and tackling demanding goals with enthusiasm, hard workmanship, commitment and willingness to put in longer hours when necessary
- Ability to plan activities in advance and take account of possible changing circumstances
- Ability to manage time effectively
