Job SummaryA great mining company in Kuruman, Northern Cape is seeking the expertise of a Talent Superintendent to join their team of professionals.Responsibilities

SDF facilitator and MQA assessor training
OD Practitioner
Psychometric assessment skills and knowledge of assessment products
Profiling and grading systems
Management/Supervisory training
Mentor and coaching training
Succession planning
MQA reporting and grand claiming
System, strategic and organisational development knowledge and skills

Requirements

Grade 12
Honours Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology
Registered with Health Professional Council of SA (HPCSA) or the South-African Board of Personnel Practitioners (SABPP)
8 - 10 years experience managing talent in a mining environment
Minimum 2 years Psychometrist experience
