- Conduct data quality assessments by reviewing datasets for errors, evaluating completeness, and checking accuracy against established benchmarks and reference values. Including constantly seeking ways to improve and streamline the data quality process.
- Extract, query, and analyse data to produce clear, actionable reports, for example carbon footprint metrics and other sustainability KPIs (water data, biodiversity data, etc.).
- Contribute scientific and technical expertise to client-facing deliverables, ensuring analytical rigour, methodological transparency, and overall credibility.
- Research, interpret, and apply relevant standards, protocols, and methodologies, communicating their implications clearly to both internal teams and clients.
- Apply strong quantitative and analytical skills to support technical queries from the customer success team, including reviewing data calculations and verifying methodological approaches.
- Engage with clients through a variety of channels, including delivering webinars, participating in workshops, and responding to general or data-related inquiries.
- B.Eng, BSc or MSc or Similar Qualification.
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Proven experience working with data-ideally sustainability, environmental, or agricultural datasets.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, visualisation).
- Familiarity with agricultural operations and value chains.
- Good understanding of environmental metrics and reporting frameworks (e.g., carbon accounting, GHG Protocol, Life Cycle Analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess data, identify patterns, draw insights, and make informed, actionable recommendations.
