To implement, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes that support BSS platforms and applications within the telecommunications environment. The DevOps Engineer will play a key role in enabling agile development and ensuring reliable delivery of telecom services like billing, CRM, provisioning, and order management.Key Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- 3–7 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles
- Experience working with telecom BSS systems (CRM, billing, provisioning, mediation)
- Proficient in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bamboo, or CircleCI
- Expertise in infrastructure automation (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform)
- Strong containerization skills: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid/on-prem)
- Knowledge of version control (Git), branching strategies, and release management
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Groovy)
- Understanding of BSS/OSS architecture
- Experience deploying and supporting telecom applications (charging systems, order mgmt, etc.)
- Familiarity with telecom protocols (e.g., Diameter, SOAP/XML, REST APIs)
