This is a newly created position, with the successful candidate expected to start by September.You’ll play a pivotal role in the Utilities Department, overseeing and supporting processes that ensure accurate utility recoveries, billing, and reporting across retail and commercial properties.Key Responsibilities:Review utility meter readings via smart meters or manual inputsExport and validate monthly utility billing files from meter reading softwareCode mapping and upload of utility files into MDA/MRIPre-billing verification to ensure completeness and accuracyUpload final tenant utility slips into the systemCompile monthly Net Utilities Reports for managementTrack tenant movements and action meter reading changes accordinglyReview and reconcile municipal accounts, resolve billing discrepanciesSubmit expense approvals and payments for municipal billsMonitor meter reading service providers and enforce SLAsMinimum Requirements:5+ years experience in retail/commercial utilities administrationExperience with MDA or MRI systems (advantageous but not essential)Strong numerical aptitude and financial skillsFamiliarity with municipal utility regulationsComputer literate and tech-savvyFully bilingual (Afrikaans & English) – verbal and writtenKey Competencies:High attention to detail and deadline drivenExcellent client service and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and planning abilitiesAble to work under pressure and adapt to changeWillingness to work overtime if requiredQualifications:Senior Certificate (essential)Diploma or Degree (preferred, but not required – experience is more important)Interviews starting ASAP – Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a newly launched shopping centre.Apply today by sending your CV to: info@pro-match.co.za
