Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA or equivalent certification
Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit
Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial reporting
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
