- SYSPRO Knowledge and experience (essential).
- Experience within a finance environment.
- Ability to communicate, understand, read and write English on all levels (essential).
- Must be punctual (essential).
- Complete creditor applications (suppliers).
- Clearing GRN Suspense account daily.
- Corresponding with suppliers i.r.o settlement discounts / returned stock, etc.
- Creditors pay runs monthly, etc.
- Creditor reconciliation monthly.
- Assist the finance department and auditors as required.
- Filing of documentation.
