✔ Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, CPM, or equivalent) - Essential
✔ Degree/Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field - Advantageous
? Experience:
✔ 5-10 years of EPC project management experience
✔ Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget & quality standards
✔ Expertise in contract management, risk management & stakeholder engagement
✔ Strong background in process improvement & project methodologies
✔ Experience in fast-growing or evolving environments is a plus
? Key Skills:
✔ Leadership & Change Management
✔ Process Optimization & Problem-Solving
✔ Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
