A prominent mining group in the North West is looking for an experienced Section Head to lead their Rock Engineering division. This role centres on strategic planning, governance, and the effective management of rock engineering practices in underground operations. Strong stakeholder engagement and future-focused leadership are essential. Applicants must hold a Chamber of Mines Rock Engineering Certificate; an Advanced Rock Engineering Certificate will be an advantage. A minimum of 7 years’ post-qualification underground experience and at least 2 years in a management role are required.
