Lodge Anchor

• Welcome and host guests, ensuring exceptional service throughout their stay
• Oversee daily lodge operations in collaboration with department heads
• Ensure smooth communication between guest services, kitchen, and activities teams
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and special arrangements professionally
• Support in stock control, ordering, and lodge administration
• Maintain high housekeeping and presentation standards
• Stand in for lodge management when required

• Minimum 2-3 years lodge experience in a guest-facing role
• Strong hosting and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Well-presented, confident, and service-oriented
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office; Lodge software beneficial)
• Team player with attention to detail
• Drivers license and own transport preferred
