Marketing Manager

• Matric certificate and a Marketing qualification
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Pleasant and vibrant personality
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Research and analysis of market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, competitor products, and other relevant information to inform marketing strategies
• Increase brand awareness across all regions and drive higher traffic to stores through targeted campaigns
• Coordinate and optimize marketing strategies, including social media platforms and web advertising
• Develop and manage the marketing budget and social media strategies
• Analyze site traffic, including click navigation, shopping patterns, and purchase conversions
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Represent the company at trade shows and major industry events, promoting the brand on an international platform
• Stay informed about current marketing strategies and trends
• Collaborate with Sales teams to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels
• Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects, including new packaging design
• Communicate with media buyers, advertising agencies, and other service providers to execute marketing projects
• Negotiate and liaise with third-party marketing agencies
• Write and deliver engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
