
Sales Representative

- Analyse current usage, potential usage, and long-term opportunities within the identified customer base.
- Maintain regular contact with the target client list, ensuring monthly interactions and product discussions.
- Implement strategic and tactical plans as developed by the marketing team.
- Attend and assist customers in theatre as required.
- Build and manage relationships with theatre staff, assistants, and other key role players in the relevant geographic area.
- Set and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.
- Relevant Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-3 years' Arthroplasty sales experience advantageous.
- Proven experience in a similar role with theatre experience essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Sales and Marketing Diploma/Degree advantageous.
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Strong ability to learn and retain product knowledge.
- Proven relationship management and networking skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry, relevant surgical procedures, and hospital environments.
- Salary: negotiable.
