This role is ideal for a qualified technician with a passion for high-quality workmanship, leadership, and driving team performance in a fast-paced, digitally integrated environment.Minimum Requirements:Matric with formal technical qualificationsValid driver's license3 to 5 years of experience as a qualified technicianPrior experience in team leadership or quality controlBackground in corporate dealerships and volume brandsKey Responsibilities:

Supervise and coach workshop technicians to meet daily output and quality targets
