A fantastic opportunity is currently available for a dynamic admin orientated individual who would like to be involved with the administrative duties in our branches.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Performing various administrative functions and general filing
  • Develop and maintain systems to keep stock losses to a minimum through daily checks
  • Technically minded – able to understand technical aspects of the company’s tools and machinery
  • Managing the full customer product repair cycle, maintaining continuous communication with the client regarding all aspects during the repair cycle
  • Responsible for the preparation and control of customer and courier collections
  • Assist on the sales floor when needed with customers, rolling stock, and other admin duties prescribed by the branch manager
  • Answer telephone calls and e-mails
  • General Housekeeping of the branch;
  • Must be able and open to manual labour (Carrying of boxes)
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Matric certificate
  • Computer literate (intermediate skill level – Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior sales administration experience advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well organized
