Stores Administrator

• Control and distribution of tank materials and consumables.
• Management, issuance, and distribution of PPE stock nationally.
• Coordination and tracking of tool packs for national and international exports.
• Conduct internal inspections and track all tool packs and consumables.
• Receive, store, and dispatch site-specific materials via logistics partners.
• Oversee power tool usage, conduct minor internal repairs, and coordinate external servicing.
• Track ladders, perform condition inspections, and carry out minor maintenance.
• Manage generator asset tracking and coordinate both internal and external repairs nationally.

• High school diploma or equivalent (tertiary qualification in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain advantageous).
• Proven experience in stores, inventory management, or similar administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
