- Working experience with Rope Connectors
- Experience within the Mining industry
- Rope Attachment product knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with mining tender processes
- Willingness to learn various product classes
- Experience interacting with various customers
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Minerals act
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
- Ability to communicate, understand, read and write English on all levels (essential)
- Must be punctual (essential)
- Service and maintain the customer base, providing technical support
- Campaigning for new orders
- Achieve agreed sales budgets and objectives
- Formulate requests for quotations
- Partake in mining tender processes
- Oversee installations and provide on-site support
- Interact with customers locally and internationally
- Travel locally and internationally
- Provide technical advice internally and externally
