The platform lets users book appointments 24/7 and provides salon partners with software to manage schedules, clients, staff, and promotions. It supports over 75,000 salons across multiple countries and drives bookings through both its marketplace and salon-branded tools.Key Responsibilities:Upload pre-written content into our internal tools to create and update help center articles in the public knowledge base, making sure the wording follows our internal glossary and products.Review and apply correct formatting and structure in line with established internal guidelines, ensuring content is user-friendlyProofread articles to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and overall readability.Perform quality checks on already published articles to identify and correct formatting issues or inconsistencies.Manage multiple article requests and small tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Follow documented processes precisely, raising any questions or blockers when something is unclear or not working as expected.What Were Looking For:High attention to detail: you notice small formatting issues, typos, and inconsistencies that others might miss.Strong written communication skills, you're confident in proofreading and refining content for clarity and grammar.Process-oriented, you follow instructions carefully and consistently apply standards across all tasks.Proactive communicator, you ask questions or escalate issues when something doesn't look right or the system behaves unexpectedly.Organised multitasker, you can juggle multiple requests and shifting priorities with ease, while staying on track and meeting deadlines.
