NelspruitOur client is seeking to appoint a dynamic ICT Technician with proven technical skills to maintain and support the organisation’s ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunication systems. The successful candidate will report to the Financial and Administration Manager.Minimum requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Three (3) or more years’ experience in IT support, system administration, or network management
- Experience in managing small to medium-sized ICT projects and working with enterprise systems
- Exposure to diverse IT environments, including Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems, and various network technologies
- Additional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or similar (advantageous)
- Installation, configuration, and setup of ICT systems
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- User support and training
- Network and security management
- Ad hoc and administrative ICT tasks
