Base + Uncapped Commission | Full-Time | Monday–FridayAbout the JobA fast-growing leader in portable restroom rentals for construction sites, special events, and long-term projects. We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth by connecting with contractors, event planners, and site managers across Austin and Central Texas.This is a relationship-driven sales role where you’ll spend your time prospecting new customers, managing existing accounts, and closing deals—all from your home office. Instead of driving a route and delivering equipment, you’ll focus purely on sales, using calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build and maintain strong client relationships.If you’re self-motivated, love talking to people, and thrive in a high-activity sales role, this could be the perfect fit.What You’ll Do
  • Identify and contact potential customers in construction, events, and related industries across Austin & Central Texas.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business through phone calls, emails, and video meetings.
  • Build long-term relationships with contractors, event coordinators, and other decision-makers.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts with excellent follow-up and service.
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with our operations team to ensure on-time delivery and service.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity in our CRM.
  • Stay informed about local construction projects, permits, and event schedules to identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in construction services, equipment rental, or related industries.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to research and identify new leads through public data, networking, and outreach.
  • Knowledge of the Austin/Central Texas construction market is a plus.
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
