COST AND MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

• Matric
• 3 years' experience in accounting or finance-related role, ideally in an international import/export environment
• Excellent knowledge working on Sage Accounting and MS Excel
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes
• Thorough understanding of data analysis and forecasting

• Assist with annual budget preparation, sales budget analysis and cash flow management
• Prepare monthly management accounts in Sage, including reconciliations, journals and VAT submissions
• Support tax, audit and insurance functions; manage credit applications and declarations
• Maintain accurate shipment, cost and payment records; prepare client and producer reports
• Provide data analysis and financial reports for management and marketing teams
• Oversee debtors, follow up payments, and ensure invoicing accuracy
• Process payments, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting best practices
