• Matric plus a Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related qualification
• 10 years experience in a supervisory or foreman role within maintenance
• Strong background in overseeing repair work, preventative maintenance, and team coordination
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Hands-on experience with metal pressing machinery and exposure to the automotive manufacturing environment
• Skilled in planning, scheduling, and reporting on maintenance activities
• Sound knowledge of equipment, facilities, and production machinery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation
