Job DescriptionEssence of the job:The successful incumbent will be responsible for the execution of engineering/construction works, interpretation of drawings and specifications for such works, including planning and programming of work or activities on site, as well as Quality and HSE.Qualification:A degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering.Must be registered as a professional with SACPCMP.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrical Engineer within the construction industry, especially within the electrical construction environment and wind farms.Previous experience working on utility-scale wind energy facilities, including knowledge of electrical balance of plant (EBOP) and turbine interface coordination, will be highly advantageous.Experience managing electrical packages on renewable energy projects is preferred.Proven experience using CAD software will be beneficial.Must have a valid driver's license.
