Main Purpose of the JobPam Golding Properties Hartbeespoort is looking for ambitious, driven and motivated real estate agents who wants to represent an Internationally recognized brand. The main focus of the role is to represent the company in all aspects of successfully marketing and selling property and continued growth of market share, whilst providing excellent customer service to ensure that the Pam Golding Properties brand ethos is upheld. They need to provide excellent customer service and adherence to all job requirements.Applicants MUST reside in or close to HartbeespoortApplicants MUST BE ABLE TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORT THEMSELVES FOR THE FIRST FEW MONTHSKey Responsibilities
- Listing / Marketing and Selling properties
- Collecting information about properties (lead generation)
- Canvassing properties to sell
- Arranging for photography and home staging
- Visit sellers and must be able to talk knowledgably about their property and area
- Valuation – able to apply sound principles when estimating the value of a property
- Organise and attend show days
- Able to put together a marketing plan for a property
- Represent the seller in negotiations with potential buyers
- Monitor sales and liaise with all stakeholders including mortgage brokers, conveyancers and other estate agents
- Able to knowledgably advise sellers and buyers
- Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market as well as the general market
- Must love sales and ‘closing the deal’

- Computer literate with sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- Must be digitally savvy and comfortable doing business with your mobile phone or device
- Good interpersonal and listening skills
- Must be willing and able to work irregular hours (including weekends and evenings)
