A fast-paced, high-performance sales office in the flooring tools sector is looking for a capable and committed Internal Sales Representative. This is not a role for clock-watchers — we need someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.   • Handle inbound sales enquiries and process orders accurately
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale clients
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into sales
  • Proactively hunt for new business through cold calling and outbound engagement
  • Liaise with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Assist walk-in clients and provide product guidance
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
? Candidate Requirements
  • Preferably with previous Floor Tooling experience but tools, Machinery and Hardware experience would also do. Experience in technical sales or tools/hardware industry is a plus
  • Must have own reliable transport
  • Must reside in East Rand, Wendywood, Randburg, or nearby areas for easy commute
  • Non-smoker preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable with cold calling and chasing down new sales opportunities
