The role includes monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to meet evolving business needs and technology standards.Join us and play a key role in keeping our systems reliable, secure, and future-ready.Responsibilities includeDelivers high quality service to both internal & external clientsEnsures customer satisfaction levels are metEnsure that LAN connectivity is installed and working correctly at all timesEnsure that all floor network termination points and Network cabinets are kept in a strict neat orderly fashionMaintains and support the network (LAN) and desktop connectivityInstall and maintain all ICT hardware and SoftwareEnsure that all cables are labelled correctly at both endsMaintains and support the network (LAN) and desktop connectivitySetup e-mail and support as per client requestSetup internet access as per Manager request for internal staffInstall and update Anti-Virus software on all desktopsAssist in the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network equipment (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)Management reports of access control as per requestMaintain documentation related to network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting stepYour skills and experience include
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related
2 - 3 years of experience in a technical support or network administration role
