You'll make sure the kitchen runs like clockwork. From managing stock and suppliers to leading and motivating your team, you'll be the steady hand that keeps everything flowing. You'll balance the admin and systems with the day-to-day energy of a busy kitchen, ensuring food safety and operational standards are always met. You know how to manage food production, storage and inventory while keeping the team motivated and standards high. You're as comfortable running a stocktake or checking supplier invoices as you are stepping in to guide your team during busy service. While computer literacy, food safety training/certification is crucial and previous experience with tools like Marketman, Lightspeed, or Dext, are great, your ability to lead with clarity and take ownership sets you apart.
