Previous Experience & Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or marketing project management.
  • Hands-on experience and demonstrated success in executing omni-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., digital, ATL, retail, events, social media).
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies, vendors, and sponsorship/partnership partners.
  • Background in fast-paced, consumer-facing industry is advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and focused on execution and continuous improvement.
  • Highly adaptable and thrives in dynamic, changing environments.
