Type: Full-Time | On-siteAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in shopfitting and cabinetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 20–25 years of hands-on experience in cabinet making, shopfitting, and construction, and must currently be employed with a proven track record of successful commercial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee full shopfitting and construction projects from inception to completionCoordinate production and on-site installation processesInterpret and work from architectural drawings, specifications, and site plansEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsOperate and supervise the use of woodworking machinery and toolsConduct site inspections and resolve technical or construction-related issuesLiaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflowMaintain a strong attention to detail throughout every phase of the projectReport progress and challenges to management regularlyRequirements20–25 years’ experience in shopfitting, cabinet making, and/or constructionCurrently employed with a strong referenceable track recordIn-depth knowledge of shopfitting techniques, construction materials, and processesProject management experience in both workshop production and on-site installationsProficient in reading architectural and site plansExperience operating a full range of woodworking equipmentExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsHigh attention to detail and quality controlValid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicleAbility to provide a portfolio of completed commercial projectsTo ApplyIf interested, please apply, or send your cv to info@pro-match.co.zaPlease view all of our vacancies on
